Description:

​Amazon is hiring an ML Data Associate-II for its Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) operational unit in Hyderabad. This position functions on the frontline of responsible Generative AI rollout, focusing directly on foundational human-in-the-loop data labeling, reinforcement learning loops, and dialogue evaluation systems. You will work across a multi-modal spectrum—handling complex text blocks, raw speech files, audio snippets, images, and videos. The role demands processing unstructured interaction logs using in-house tooling to provide high-quality training datasets for Large Language Models (LLMs), identifying structural error patterns in data execution, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to unblock daily pipeline deliverables.

​Requirements:

• ​Formal Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent authenticated graduate qualification in a related discipline.
• ​Absolute professional fluency to speak, write, and read Hindi natively, alongside advanced reading comprehension to parse complex, nuanced text structures.
• ​Demonstrated ability to evaluate, tag, label, and audit complex datasets spanning multiple runtime structures (text, speech waveforms, audio, video frames, and digital images) following strict programmatic guidelines.
• ​Competency to parse unstructured conversational data, run root-cause reviews on broken or ambiguous labeling tasks, isolate continuous error profiles, and pitch optimization tweaks.
• ​Strict adherence to data classification protocols, non-disclosure parameters, and enterprise information security baselines to shield high-value customer privacy profiles.
• ​Capacity to act as an execution point-of-contact, unblocking immediate internal queries on the floor, updating technical SOP logs, and project-managing timeline drops.
• ​Documented competence to read, write, and converse fluently in English at a C1 certification level or above.
• ​2+ years of professional international operations exposure, advanced command over Microsoft Office configurations (specifically intermediate data sorting inside MS Excel), and 1+ years operating inside a project coordination or stakeholder tracking matrix.
• ​Exceptional attention to detail, strong cognitive endurance to handle long textual evaluations, immediate adaptability to pivot across shifting project instructions, and clear written reporting skills to draft client-ready documentation.
